I took part in a collaborative embroidered project titled ‘Portability’. We stitched alongside each other digitally to reduce isolation during the pandemic. My square of hand-stitched text joined together with other embellished pieces to form and read the ‘Portability’ term via ‘Embroidered Digital Commons’. This was stitched to show the importance of bringing communities together and inspire acts of ‘commoning’.
